A native Oregonian, Scott King has lived in Medford since 2002. With 19 years of experience as a licensed commercial broker, Scott is the Owner and Principal Broker of Merit Commercial Real Estate LLC. Specializing in southern Oregon, where 80% of his clients are based, he has brokered over $200 million in real estate transactions, including deals up to $12 million. Scott focuses on cash-flowing investment properties and self-storage facilities.

Scott believes in providing professional analysis and expert negotiation to ensure the best outcomes for his clients. He is also committed to his community, serving on the Finance Committee of the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors and on the Board of Trustees for St. Mary’s School. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.

Outside of work, Scott lives in Medford with his three children and enjoys the region’s outdoor activities, particularly downhill skiing and water wake sports.

From brokering his first investment property at 19 and purchasing his first rental property at 20, Caspian has dedicated his life to building a premier commercial real estate business. He focuses all of his efforts on commercial properties both in his home state of Oregon and throughout the West Coast. A key player in numerous transactions of existing investment sales and ground-up development, he is an invaluable resource to his clients. ​

After 6 rapid years of growth in the industry, Caspian has extensive experience in all aspects of marketing, in-bound and out-bound prospecting, negotiation, contracts, and every step of complicated transactions, with an emphasis on multifamily and development land.

Caspian serves on the commercial board of OREF. He is committed to supporting specific charitable organizations across the globe and has built his career on the foundation of philanthropy. Caspian’s relentless drive and complete focus on results serves his clients extremely well.
